入學意願書回覆方式（擇一即可）
Replying the Confirmation Letter of Registration (by either one)
(1) 電子郵件：將填妥並親自簽名之入學意願書掃描檔寄至 cia@au.edu.tw。
By email: please email the scanned file of completed and signed Confirmation Letter of Registration to cia@au.edu.tw.
(2) 傳真：將填妥並親自簽名之入學意願書傳真至+886-2-2620-0725。
By fax: please fax the completed and signed Confirmation Letter of Registration to +886-2-2620-0725.
※待本校以電子郵件確認已收到入學意願書，始完成入學意願書之回覆程序。
The procedure of confirming registration will only be completed after AU confirms receiving the Confirmation Letter of Registration by email.
※未於期限內回覆入學意願書者，視為放棄錄取資格，缺額由備取生依規定遞補。
Students who fail to reply before the deadline will have their positions given to applicant on the waiting list.
