(1) 電子郵件送件 Submitting the Application by E-Mail

(2) 郵寄送件 Submitting the Application by Mail

申請資料請於20198年12月15日前寄出至25103新北市淡水區真理街32號「真理大學國際事務中心」，以郵戳為憑，逾期不予受理。建議使用可追蹤的國際快遞（若非使用國際快遞，請您務必提早寄出申請件）。

Please mail your application by Dec 15, 2019 to the following address: Center for International Affairs, Aletheia University. No. 32, Chen Li St., Tamsui District, New Taipei City, Taiwan 25103 The postmark deadline is Dec 15, 2019. The applications postmarked after Dec 15, 2019 will not be processed. We recommend you submit your application via a tractable global carrier, such as DHL, FedEx, Express Mail, or UPS. (If you don’t submit your application via a trackable carrier, please mail your application ASAP.)

(3) 現場送件 Submitting the Application in Person

2019年12月15日下午5點前，請將申請資料直接送至本校行政大樓4樓「國際事務中心」。現場收件受理時間：星期一至星期五(假日除外)早上8點至中午12點及下午1點至下午5點。於非規定時間送件或逾期不予受理。

You may submit your application in person directly to the CIA, Aletheia University on the 4thfloor of the Administration Building on campus prior to 5:00 pm Dec 15, 2019. Applications submitted in person are accepted Monday through Friday (except holidays), 8:00 am-12:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm. The applications not submitted during the prescribed hours or the late applications will not be processed.

※本校收到申請資料後，會於7個工作天內以電子郵件通知確認。此時，報名程序才算完成。若未收到確認電子郵件，請務必與國際事務中心聯繫。

Once CIA receives the application packets, the confirmation e-mail will be sent within 7 working days to the applicants. The application process is then complete. If no confirmation e-mail is received, please contact CIA. ※申請文件不完整，視為不合格件，申請者必須負完全責任。 Applicants with incomplete documentation must assume full responsibility for a rejected application.

※如遇不可抗力情事，無法如期於所通知之考試日期舉行考試，本校將另行通知舉行日期。

If the examinations cannot be held on the scheduled date, in case of an adverse situation, the date will be notified.
